Privacy Policy
Borasol attaches particular importance to the protection of the personal data entrusted to it by its clients and visitors. This policy explains which data is collected, why it is processed, how long it is kept, and what rights you may exercise, in accordance with Moroccan Law 09-08 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the decisions of the Commission Nationale de controle de la protection des Donnees a caractere Personnel (CNDP).
Data controller

The processing carried out on this website has been declared to, or authorised by, the CNDP under reference [a completer].
Data collected
Borasol collects only the data strictly necessary for the management of its services: surname, first name, postal address, e-mail address, telephone number, dates of stay or event, number of guests, payment information, and any specific request you choose to share at the time of booking. Certain technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) is also collected when you browse the website.
Purposes of processing
Your data is processed in order to handle reservations and stays, to communicate with you before, during, and after your visit, to issue invoices and meet accounting obligations, to respond to your requests for information, and, where you have explicitly accepted, to send you occasional news about the estate.
Legal basis
The processing relies on the performance of the contract concluded between you and Borasol when you make a reservation, on the legal obligations to which Borasol is subject (in particular tax and accounting obligations), and, for optional communications, on your prior consent.
Recipients of the data
Your data is intended exclusively for the authorised staff of Borasol. It may be shared with our payment processor for the secure handling of transactions, with our accountant for the keeping of mandatory records, and, where required, with the competent administrative or judicial authorities. No data is sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
Retention periods
Reservation and accounting data is retained for ten (10) years from the end of the financial year concerned, in accordance with Moroccan commercial and tax law. Data relating to prospects who have not become clients is retained for a maximum of three (3) years from the last contact. Connection logs are kept for the period required by applicable regulations.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, and erase your personal data, as well as the right to object, on legitimate grounds, to its processing. These rights may be exercised by written request, accompanied by a copy of a valid identity document, sent by post to Borasol SARL, Route de Rabat km 17, Tanger, or by e-mail to [a completer]. You may also lodge a claim with the CNDP (www.cndp.ma).
Cookies
The Borasol website uses a strictly essential session cookie required for the proper functioning of the reservation interface. Optional measurement cookies, used solely to understand how the site is consulted, are only placed after your express consent, which you may withdraw at any time through the cookie settings of your browser.
Security
Borasol implements reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, alteration, or disclosure. Despite this, no transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be entirely secure, and you are invited to inform us without delay of any incident of which you may become aware.
